Customer Review: Poor design - Very Loud

Got this unit to cool off a small bedroom. Item was very heavy, yet the base on which the wheels are bolted is plastic.
Simply trying to roll the unit caused the base to crack.
When the unit was turned on, it rattled, and had a loud vibration that I could not stop.
I expected a better made and designed unit for the price.
I returned it and purchased a different portable AC unit at a Lowes.
