Customer Review: Awful water cooler

I bought this as a replacement to the one we were renting from our water company.
I cannot say anything positive. The temperature of the cold water is generally around 55-56 degrees which is unacceptable. My other cooler's water was around 39-40 degrees, nice and cold.
The water trickles out. We cannot use our own water well for drinking and cooking because of the taste so a water cooler and bottled water is very important to us. When I need to fill a pot with water, this cooler takes forever to fill at the trickle rate.
Water tastes: The water has a plastic taste which we cannot get rid of. Consequently if we are making ice tea, the tea has a funny taste to it. Our other cooler from the water company did not have that plastic taste. Even our cats do not like the taste of this water from this water cooler.
Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before purchasing. I now wish I had read the reviews.
