Customer Review: Heed the Haier warning - they will let you down

The dryer is fine, but beware if something breaks. Our dryer has been broken since February (just a year shy of when we bought it). The factory recommended repair company came to our apartment several times to install a seemingly simple belt replacement, but Haier kept sending the wrong part - we even sent them a photograph of the broken belt and to no avail. When it was finally determined that it was the wrong part (THREE TIMES) Haier finally decided that they would send us a refund for the entire dryer. That was in June. This is now the end of September and we are still waiting.
