Customer Review: Desperate for Ice - No Luck Here

I was so excited to get this ice maker, but as soon as it was time to use it, it did not work. The add water light stays on and the machine will not make ice. I called the manufacturer and they will send me a new one. I am hoping what they send me is not a refurbished machine, as the one I am sending them is new. Once I have received my replacement, I will update my review to incorporate my experience with a functioning ice maker. It is highly possible this machine got handled badly during shipping.
