Great a/c unit. Small size for a 10,000 Btu unit and installation was a breeze. Unit is not too heavy to manage for one person (I am 5'10" and I work out though so it might be a bit much to handle for someone petite.) The unit even comes with a remote and has energy saver mode and can also work in fan only mode. I'd definitely recommend this unit. A great value for the price and Amazon has it for the lowest price I could find. I paid only $159 with Free Shipping so that's a great deal when you consider most 10,000 Btu units are going for about $249 at most retail "brick and mortar" stores.
