Customer Review: Avoid this machine. Nothing come out clean

My experiences with this machine is nothing but pain. Maybe I just have a bad machine. It starts and failed after the water was filled the machine. Gave me a E2 error code, whatever that is. The soaks were there after the operations was done. It usually take over an hour. The water was leaking from the bottom, and it was like my 10th washes with my machine.
After farther research this machine and found out this machine was banned from Australia. I suspect the many reviewers are affiliate with the company.

I received this washer dented on one side and the botton panel. One of the back legs for the wheel was also damaged. I called customer service and they did not want to give a good enough discount so I decided to return. I am not quite sure if I will buy any other appliance off the site because they were not very helpful and the washer was out of stock, so it could have been 3 weeks before I could have gotten a new washer.Customer Review: Bad shipping services...returning the product

March 24, 2011: Okay, I have to be honest... I didn't think this would still be providing the quality it did when it was new, but I have now used this machine a minimum of once a week for almost 3 years. I'm talking 4 pair of men's filthy jeans at a time, Full size sheet sets, blankets, rugs... pretty much anything I could throw at it (within reason of course)and it is still humming along and providing superior cleaning. This machine has paid for itself several times now compared to a miserable trip to a laundry where you don't know for sure what someone else put in the washer before you (vomit, defecation, what else... remember, it all goes into your clothes because a washer doesn't ever completely rid itself 100% of the water used for washing)Anyway, didn't mean to gross anyone out I'm only trying to make the point that this machine is well worth the money. I hope I will be updating this again next year!
March 6, 2010: Guess what again? This washer is STILL working like brand new! It continues to provide the freedom from being confined to a Laundry facility and allows me the convenience of doing laundry in the privacy of my own home. It has paid for itself in less than 2 years. I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat...
January 3, 2009: Guess what? This washer is still working just great. It still provides the amazing cleaning power it did when it was brand new. I am sick that I spent over 1 year going to the filthy laundry facility at my apt complex (not to mention the 10 dollars a week in quarters). The features available on this machine are incredible. Double wash, triple rinse, just wash, just spin, gentle, heavy, etc. I find myself using many of these features that I thought I never would. Super product!
September 26th... almost 1 month and many many loads later, this baby is still humming. The profession I am in causes my clothes to become filthy dirty... this washing machine cleans them like any great washing machine. Do I notice the small dent in the front? NO. I still don't regret getting this. For all of you folks that just get mad and "send it back" try communicating with Amazon's INCREDIBLE customer service! They will make it right with you. Stop whining and start doing the wash!
I have owned this unit for 1 day now and couldn't wait to let everyone know how it works. It WORKS! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because my washer did arrive with "inside out" damage. Amazon made it right with me within 24 hours by refunding 20% of the purchase price. They would have been happy to replace the unit at *no cost* to me, or refund my entire purchase price upon returning the unit (also at *their* expense!).
Anyway, I did 15 loads of laundry yesterday after hooking this baby up. I felt free again. As someone who owned their own home for many years and had to choose an apartment without a washer & dryer hookup when I last moved it has been an absolute nightmare doing my laundry where other people's filth resides. (I feel like sharing washers with strangers is similar to sharing a toothbrush and toilet). Anyway, this washer has every feature of a full sized model and this little washer is SUPER QUIET. And I mean quiet. You will be amazed.
I don't regret buying this for one second. I will be happy to update my review in the future as my unit wears. Also, be sure to see the photos I provided above.

I bought this machine for my lady friend. She has a bad back, and this machine seemed to be perfect since she wouldn't be able to do big loads, and could manage her laundry. One month after she started using it, (about twice a week) it stopped working. The display gave her an error code, and with a quick Google search, we found the issue was a bad door sensor. It was telling the machine the door was open and not to operate. Fair enough. We live in an outlying area. (Not together for those of you thinking why don't I do the laundry!?) We first contacted Amazon, who told us how to contact the manufacturer directly. Okay.
Long story short, Haier kept on giving her the run around. Saying they would contact someone to install the part. They even told her who they 'called.' A quick follow up, and the repair person was never contacted. Basically, Haier lied. I called saying send me the part, it's not brain surgery to install a sensor. "No" was their reply.
Fine, we sent the machine back and got a refund. Amazon was terrific about that.
I didn't give this 1 star, (I hate it) because those are the reviews most will 'throw out' when making a purchase decision. Two stars, and you're more likely to take a second look before ordering.
